"It looks like a lot of that place could be bulldozed,"-Republican House speaker Dennis "Denny" "Asshole" Hastert-who in an interview said they should not rebuild New Orleans. Interestingly enough, he's had zero problems rebuilding Iraq despite it being located within a war zone.

well, since dennis' one true wish failed him, that all poor blacks die drowning in floods of torrential rain brought about by a lily-white image of god, he has no choice but to take his second option, destroying an entire city in lieu of actually taking care of people in his own country.
